Project description

Behpahooh company with 22 years back ground of Executive record in electronics, automation and instrumentation that Has participated in design and operate of telemetry projects In the last 5 years. Operate telemetry in 12 cities of Khuzestan state that include 16 pumping stations and 60 wells. In this project all stations and water supplies of Khuzestan have equipped with automatic and manual control and each city is connected wirelessly with a control room and then all the data of these small cities transfer to Ahwaz state and monitored and archived and also web monitoring is available by Ignition software to monitor data in every moment. Control systems and telemetry in stations of this project are RTUs of Schneider with SCADA PACK trade name and in small control centers like wells RTUs of IMOD. LOOKOUT software is the monitoring software in this project from NATIONAL INSTRUMENT company.

Project description

The importance of having a control and telemetry system(SCADA) is to receive hydraulic and electrical data of instrumentation equipment and transfer data from one place to the control centers and manage and planning and also reduce errors and human delays and cost of transfer them and also improve the control condition and use. In this way, all the water supply system can control Simultaneously in one place, with one operator and with one HMI system with accuracy can be observed and controlled. In water supplying project to east (Esfahan-Naeen) the goal is to transfer water from two 5000m^3 water storage in Varzaneh station by 4 pumps to Naeen storages that contains two 2500m^3 and one 8000m^3 storages. In telemetry of this project, a RTU PLC is placed in Varzaneh pumping station and it’s functioning to receive data and control the storage level on Naeen and Varzaneh, motor round control, faucets and etc. The telecommunication structure of this project contains microwave frequency band (5.8 GHz). In this method, collected data is send to a server by a VALID IP and it’s capable to transfer data, recall, display, analyze, and report all values on the server’s database with related software. The considered frequency band is UHF, as BACKUP link for the main station.

Project description

According to the transfer line and distance, the network control needs to have some operators, operation and maintain cost and the errors and delays of operators, that by installing telemetry and remote control systems (SCADA), all the watering system can be controlled and displayed simultaneously in one place, with one operator and without any of those errors, by a HMI system with enough accuracy and make quick and correct decisions for in every condition, besides these data can be used for statistical use, planning, network management, maintain and repair a by saving different data. In telemetry and remote control of water supply of Hamedan, has 17 subsidiary stations (contains storage and pumping) and 2 control centers of Yangje and Luta park for monitoring and do operations. Project description

The purpose in this project is to install and run all the process control equipment (automation, electric, instrumentation), paging system and intercom in aluminum making process. The activities during this project contains, installing 1100 different electrical panels and DCCU control units. Place 80000 meters of industrial cables (control, power and optical fiber), do 43000 connections and test, provide, install and run 1300 support (with 80000 kg weight) in 3 to 20 meters high, run control rooms and connect them with site equipment and test and running more than 228 aluminum pots that is done in less than the predicted time and supervised by employer. In this project the main contractor is FATA company of Italy and advisor is Namavaran company and run in Bandar Abbas.

Before this project the tin plated line controlled by 5 PLCs of S5 series and some local PLC S5 series with Citect monitoring software and the old Ethernet network, the SINEC H1. Old version of CPUs, too much cost of repairing, hard to trouble shooting, lack of reporting system and management systems are some reasons of run this project. This company by changing control system and change previous CPUs with S7-400 and S7-300 series and PCS7 software and run ProfiBus networks, industrial Ethernet and optical fiber, in first step, tried to solve technical and control problems then, by run reporting and archiving systems, SPC and connect to MIS and by offering needed parameters solved lots of problems in making process.

Project description

In this project all the controller logic relays of making process replaced with PLC panels and HMI monitoring system. The main point of this project is continue the making process during updating and replacing and necessity of replacing project during the exploitation of A and B plants. The oxygen unit has a common part between A and B units that controls the common operations between both plants and always it’s needed to have one. In this project, Behpajooh company, by making PLC panels and replace them with the old logic relay panels while exploitation and just in 16 hours’ shutdowns, collected and monitored 1000 I/O. By giving appropriate offers of using ET200 and ProfiBus network, 2km cabling is avoided and reduced the time of running project and faster trouble shooting while exploitation. S7-400 series of PLC used for control system with S7 software, IPC collections of Advantec with Wincc software used for monitoring and ProfiBus network has Hot Redundancy.

Project description

This project contains changing old PLCs of acid washing unit and replace them with S7-400 series and also change all logic relay panels of unit to PLC panels and install operator instruments and desks. The number of system’s I/O is about 5000 I/O that placed in 10 panels and all I/O transfer as Remote I/O by ProfiBus network to main PLC. The base of this technology in this project is PCS7 that is the latest technology in process automation. In this project all data of making, transfer to two server computers by optical fiber and lots of client computers considered for monitoring in making unit in different pull pits that a network about 1km of optical cables run and implement as ring.

Metro projects are very important to other industrial projects because people are the ultimate end-user of equipment and it is imperative that the goals of the notification and paging systems can be met in addition to the normal goals of the metro. This system is applicable in places with separate halls, such as power plants, petrochemical plants, metro, hospitals, steel industries, military industries and large factories that have separate zones of the hall. The paging system installed in the Metro Esfahan, operated by the Behpajooh Engineering Company, is based on the network platform, including fiber optic and LAN, which has been accompanied by the installation of HITEK switches and sound transmissions on this platform.
